Here is Party's reply:

Dear FCBLComish,

Thank you for contacting us.

We have recorded your complaint and have examined the account for such
activities. We do notice that on certain occasions, the player has avoided
posting the blinds. This is a matter of serious concern for us, and we have
informed the player in no uncertain terms that we disapprove of such actions.

Please be assured that we are pursuing this with the concerned player and
appropriate action has been initiated to deter any such activity from this
account in future. This has also been forwarded to our technical team for their
scrutiny and follow-up action.

We thank you for the report; we appreciate it, as keeping the games honest is
our highest priority.

Contact us anytime, we are available around the clock to assist you with your
account related questions and suggestions.

Sincerely,

Navin
Investigations Team

More form letters.

He kept doing it all night.

I kept running like unbelievable ass.

My computer shut down randomly and I couldn't get back online in time, the table apparently got shut down or broke while I was away.

He will continue to abuse the rules, Party will do nothing, the problem will persist.

I will be watching this guy in particular to see if he continues.

This has been thoroughly discussed.

The -EV of missing the button is larger than the +EV of not playing the small blind. Anyone exploiting this bug is hurting himself, especially at 6 max tables.

[/ QUOTE ]

This was at a full 10 handed table. I will have to check my pokertracker stats to see if I win more from the button than I lose in the small blind. It is an interesting observation.

Edge,

I do believe you have gone OVER the edge.

You want us to call you a rules nit, but it appears you are more like Captain Ahab chasing Moby Dick. You seem to have an unhealthy obsession with this player and his "cheating".

His "move" is undoubtably -EV for him. If the rest of his game is as bad as this, follow him around and take his money.

Try Googling two things that may help you, "Serenity Prayer" and "Prozac".

P.S. - 'Peyton Fanboy'? Oh the list of cheapshots is just too numerous to know where to begin.

1) Clearly I'm obsessed based on 1 night's session. Nobody in this thread had anything worthwhile to contribute, I can see you're just the same. Maybe you should go back to lurking.

2) Of course his move is lilely -EV, and I'm certain I understand that better than you. That is not my concern at all, merely seeing someone so blatantly use a bug in Party's software to break the rules. I ran like ass and had to watch a cheater brag about cheating. So whatever.

3) Creative, "Serenity Prayer" and "Prozac"...are you ALWAYS this witty? Why oh why did you lurk so long when you could have made posts as awesome as this one? Did you notice that I not only wasn't the one who started this thread, but kinda kept it to how unethical his behavior may have been?

4) Ooooh, going after my custom title that my friend and mod MEbenhoe gave me. I've got an idea. Go to hell. Worthless prick.

Default It\'s not a bug

This is the way Party set up their tables. Miss the SB and you miss the button. He can 'cheat' this way all day for all I care.

I think you are just upset cause the Edge is now in Arizona

cmon man. Some poker rooms allow people to post blind straddles while others do not. some rooms welcome players without having to post a blind. Most rooms allow checkraising, while a few forbid it. some rooms have different rules in regard to the blinds. the two most common types are always having both small and big blinds, or tourney style where no one gets to skip a big blind. partypoker allows ratholing. party also allows people to sit out in the small blind, and come back next hand in the cutoff. give it a rest.

Nope, based on your EIGHT posts and unnatural outrage.

Well as long as you are "certain"....

Charming. Based on your posts, you REALLY should look into this Prozac thing.

The "cheater" needs to pay, Party needs to pay and now I need to pay for our transgressions against you.

Thank you, you have made my day. Now I know no matter how miserable I become, I will be enjoying life more than someone.

Only a little. As you can see, I'm the Peyton Fanboy (from Bloomington), not the Edgerrin Fanboy. But hey, now we're just picking nits.

Here's the thing y'all - I already said like two or three times I was running like ass. Which was certainly not helping my mindset. The guy was blatantly abusing a Party bug and I found this thread from one of at least 2 other 2+2ers who sat at the table. I really could give a [censored] what anybody thinks of how I reacted to it, it just didn't seem right. He screwed up the entire lineup by doing this. He played MAYBE 5 SBs all night. But hey, if its all kosher with you guys, maybe we should all do this.

If any of you that think I'm a tool for talking about this DON'T skip your SBs...why?

This is really all I have to contribute. It was a long night, I've gotta go to work, and I'll be back at the tables later tonight. Eff the haters.

Seriously, this is not 'cheating'. It is an option that partypoker allows just as "blendedsuit" pointed out. Play somewhere else or at different tables, not that hard.

And also...
