Expanding the NCAA Basketball Tourney

They already ARE all in. Every team can win their conference tourney (or in the case of the Ivy league, their conference) and win their way in. Just because it isn't formally called part of the NCAA tournament doesn't make it any less so.

Maybe add some more play in games to the field of 64, but make it so all conference champs are automatically in the 64.
