I had a hard time finding the imdb page because I couldn't remember his name: Clint Howard
But he has to be mentioned. Most of his credits are bit parts, but he's instantly recognizable because he's had so many.

Danny Trejo.
This guy is the penultimate latino badass thug, but he delivers the goods every time he actually gets to act. Instantly recognizable, but I never knew his name until looking him up for this thread. I think this guy should be given the lead in a blockbuster action flick. He rocks.
