Greg [/ QUOTE ] and people wonder why site managers don't respond here! greg, all due respect, the post you made, coming from a mod is a cheap shot. your only intention was to deliver a cheap shot because if you wanted to be a man about it, you would have emailed him as a moderator, not resorted to this. i know the site managers rarely post here, and a few post mostly when there is an easy resolution. however, they still post. i for one would rather have this than nothing. we get alot of site managers reading here. because of this, we get results. they will not keep reading here if all they get are blind punches. that's the day the zoo becomes no more than pocket fives, BW etc. forums there are just fine, but they will never have the power of the zoo. mho

[/ QUOTE ] Sorry, but no. 1) I have emailed Mike, and pmed him NUMEROUS times about this previously, and he has ignored EVERY inquiry. 2) I did not make this post as a mod, but as a poster. I happen to be green, but I am still entitled to my own opinion. If you though it was cheap then I'm sorry. I don't try to be cheap. But the fact here is that Party is pretending that their software never had misdeals. I find this pretty messed up. I would like them to 1) acknowledge that thier software has had misdeals in the past and 2) tell us what has been done about it. EDIT: I do suspect the problem has been fixed, as there have not been any misdeal posts in the past couple of months. However, I have not seen evidence of either private or public correspondence from Party about this issue. Just to clarify, they have refused to talk to me about it at all. If this were the first time I had said anything about it, I would agree that this was a cheap responce. Sadly, it is not. I really try not to be an ass or a troll. If this came off as harsh or cheap, then perhaps I should have been more diplomatic. Also, sorry to the OP, as this is a hijack of what is likely to be a legitimate beef.

Party will never admit anything period. It's really too bad that people fail to see what is going on with this company. They could care less about their customers and this fact has been proven over and over again.
Its quite obvious what happened here and no one has or will address it. If I did this at a real casino you think they would let me pull 200 dollars out of my pocket to rebuy and put more into the pot? Just ridiculous plain and simple.
