Got to have some bathroom humor in there, so ....
The diarrhea scene in Dumb and Dumber. My buddy recorded the audio for that, and would play it whenever anybody went to the can. That was funny ... the first time.

Describing the symptoms of food poisoning while the captain is flying the plane and begins to get the symptoms from Airplane. When the stewardess is blowing the autoinflate on the autopilot and the dr. walks in and rolls his eyes. Practically any scene from Airplane. When woody is barfing in the toilet in Kingpin after he gives his landlord head. In NLampoons vacation when they find out the dog has pee'd on the sandwiches and aunt edna eats one anyway. In police academy when blanks and dopeland are fleeing from the riot and mistakingly go into the gay bar again. In police academy while com lissard is giving the slide show demonstration and getting a [censored] from the hooker in the podium. -J

A bunch of scenes in Animal House... one scene was during the Toga party at the frat house. John Belushi (Bluto) is walking down the stairs and someone is playing some slow romantic song on his guitar for some girls all sitting on the stairs. Bluto stops walking, has strange puzzled look on his face then all of sudden grabs the guitar and smashes it into the wall. This scene, like many others in this movie, was priceless.
