He says he will mediate any disputes of players with Bodog, as he is so confident in their integrity.

Sorry for the newb question, but is it highly common for sites to just cancel bets when they think they just f'ed themselves? I mean not allowing any more is 1 thing, but cancelling a bet already made shouldn't be allowed imo.
