What they did was inappropriate (maybe inconsiderate is a better word), but not that big of a deal unless they made a mess or damaged his property. I think everything will blow over in a week or two. Next month, your buddy will probably be joking about it or relating it as a funny anecdote to his friends. 4_2

I wish [censored] like this would happen at my house. I would be joking and telling my friends the story about when two people I didnt know were boning in my bathroom for years to come. For reference, I am 6 years removed from graduating college.
