I don't think Croatia is going to come out playing balls-out in this one. It would be in their best interest to play conservative, hope to pull out a draw, and not [censored] up their goal differential too badly. Their remaining games are against Japan and Australia. They can get their points there.

[/ QUOTE ]

yeah, they should also get 2 wins there.

I at least like their attitude.

[/ QUOTE ]

I guess I'm trying to imply that this is most likely a bluff by the Croatian coach. I would love to see them come out and attack also, but I don't think it's going to happen given the group they're in and the order of the fixtures.

Brazil changed their banking laws so that everyone could watch this game. I want to care about a sport that much.

I said this in another thread, but here it goes again: they also closed their courts, hospitals, etc etc. Almost all public services are down during match time.

I'm almost as excited for this game as I was for US-Czech. Croatia looks so goofy though!

I dont know if they can sit back all day. I reckon Brazil are a chance to concede with so many attacking players. (I could go past Carlos). But Kaka and Ronaldinho will open them up like a hot knife through butter if they sit back and let them pass it all day.

Another thing to look out for is corner kicks and free kicks near the brazilian box, Brazil is terrible at defending these and Croatia has a very tall team.
