But he's right. Any unauthorized transfer is concerning. If they could do a penny, they could do more. How do you know the penny transfer wasn't a test?

It's probably some dumb thing and if I was Dan Druff, I'd be a little miffed too. But the bracelet comment made me laugh. I agree it should be settled ASAP with as little inconvenience to OP. But WTF cares if he has a bracelet or not?

Dan, I can see where you're coming from and I'm sorry I misinterpreted your mentioning of the bracelet, but I think Pokerstars is in the right. To me the issue isn't the amount of the transfer, but that it looks like someone has access to that guys account and may have just been messing around. I hope your account gets unlocked soon, providing that you didn't have anything to do with that penny theft

But Dan, obviously this isn't about stealing pennies. They are concerned that someone's account has been compromised. I agree it sucks and is no doubt an inconvenience to you. I don't blame you for being miffed. But you should just say this and ask them to complete their investigation ASAP. Your bracelet or how much money you have is a mute point.

Suspending my account for "stealing" a penny is equivalent to arresting Bill Gates if I were to accuse him of pickpocketing me for $100.

Your above statement is all anyone needs to read to understand why Pokerstars is right in their actions, and why you are dellusional (and wrong).

I have to say I would be annoyed as hell by this and I am a bit surprised others don't feel the same way.

It seems the site could use a little common sense and have a manager call you up right away.

At least that's what Citibank does when there is weird activity on my account, and this is somewhat analagous.

Outraged, I have drafted a letter to Stars. Since I referenced my appearance on a nationally syndicated game show, I think they will take my measured advice on this matter seriously.

I'm tempted to think Dan's post is just a joke, but we're well past April now.

It would sure be annoying if I couldn't play because some numskull sent me ONE PENNY! Security should have locked HoldumGod's account - not Dan's. Locking Dan's account just doesn't make sense. Obviously, HoldumGod's account has been compromised and is the one that needs to be secured.. until an investigation is complete AS SOON AS POSSIBLE even !!

This is hilarious.
