Ok, I've had my last soda of 2005. It was a Pepsi from the T.Bell fountain. mmmmm. Soda, I will miss you, but you are probably making me fat and putting lots of hair on my back & ass, which is of course unwanted. Hello, water, juice, and more water.

Re: ***Obligatory New Year\'s Resolution Thread 2006***
Try to drink cheaply after I have the first one or two top shelf drinks that I usually spend a hundo a night on when I go out and this isn't the $10+ a drink prices like when I was at bars in Vegas in October that was easily double a normal night in my town. Actually looking back at that trip we were at Scores or Sapphire and a girlfriend with us bought a round of Jag/bombs for $15 a pop. Ricockulous!!!! They are $5.25 at most in my town. [censored] is getting too damn expensive.

Re: ***Obligatory New Year\'s Resolution Thread 2006***
1. Read more books - nonfiction - this is my top priority - Just bought See No Evil (CIA story). I've already cut our most tv, so good first step
2. Take poker way more seriously (I've read all the books - now time to execute - get pokertracker and not be afraid to multitable - also - start playing no limit B&M 200 max(it's what I can afford right now) 3. Cut soda intake by 1/2 - will probably buy that flavored carbonated water as a first step 4. Get in touch with some friends I've lost touch with after five years - damn that's a hard one - picking up that phone!!) 5. Save for that Europe trip next year, or if not go to Vegas for the first time ever. that's enough for now. |

Re: ***Obligatory New Year\'s Resolution Thread 2006***
I quit in November 1995 and it was the hardest thing I've ever had to do (as far as quitting addictions).
Funny, I tasted it in 2005 just to see if I still felt the same way. Nope, tasted like absolute crap. Good luck! [ QUOTE ] Ok, I've had my last soda of 2005.
