I don't think raising a J on the end is a bluff. Even though you have that hand beat this time, villain could reasonably expect to be ahead of your range with a pair of jacks and to get paid off by any pair when he raises.

Yes I should. We beat every two pair hand. Of the hands greater then one pair that he could have, two pair hands make up more then one eight of them. Therefore, calling is a must.
