Getting a friend to smoke weed

Alright, so I have a friend who I want to smoke weed with. He is a 2+2er, but due to the nature of this post, I can't divulge his identity. He has lots of 2p2 friends in real life who are older and very responsible and might think down on him if they knew he tried drugs. I'll refer to him in this post as Dustin.

Some background: Dustin will soon be graduating from UCSD and is married. Dustin drinks and gets drunk, but I wouldn't call him a party animal. The problem for Dustin is that he doesn't want to enjoy it. I think he has some negative connotations about smoking weed and people who smoke weed. Dustin doesn't smoke because he has some sort of moral problem with it, only that he might not have enough self control or something to keep it recreational.

So I ask for your help OOT, what can you say to Dustin so that he will at least try smoking weed.
