Re: I think this is the avatar chick people went nuts over last year..
All,
Here's a suggestion. If you have a job where you can get in trouble for an image on your screen, don't surf OOT during work and don't click on image links. Is this really that complicated? |

[ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] How NSFW is it? I'm tempted to open, but don't want to reap potential consequences. Is there nudity? (Seriously we need a better NSFW system. Half of the NSFW stuff is tame, the other half is like hardcore porn). [/ QUOTE ] Agree. How about: NSFW = anything a little racy that doesn't show nips or bush, or isn't revolting - think of it this way, would you want your boss to see you looking at it at lunchtime? VNSFW = everything else except hardcore or revolting XNSFW = hardcore or revolting I think the NSFW is important to retain for all levels. The important thing is consideration for others. And OP - best to put the NSFW in the link title, not the subject. Only in the subject if the pic is embedded in the page. [/ QUOTE ] Changed my mind here. I think the alternative naming convention below works better, as so many people are used to NSFW, it's gonna have a mix of hardcore and softer under NSFW for a while, so i'ts wise to assume the worst if you see 'NSFW'. So howabout: MNSFW = (M=mildly) = anything a little racy that doesn't show nips or bush, or isn't revolting - think of it this way, would you want your boss to see you looking at it at lunchtime? Probably not, but it isn't tooo embarrassing. VNSFW = everything else except hardcore or revolting NSFW = hardcore or revolting [/ QUOTE ] If you are going to have all these special tags forspecific NSFW categories don't have hardcore and revolting be the same tag. |

[ QUOTE ]
Yeah, I think the system should also included a tag in the subject to say if we are going to be blasted with NSFW material when we open the thread, or if we click on a link within the thread... NSWF vs NSFW Linked. [/ QUOTE ]I don't see why the subject of a thread has to say "nsfw" if there's a external link in the thread...just the thread has to be nsfw....that's like saying "oot" is nsfw even though it's 2 degrees from nsfw or something (1 click for oot, and 1 click for the thread). |

All,
It is really not that hard to just exercise some common sense and judgement about what threads you read and what links you click. |

Re: I think this is the avatar chick people went nuts over last year(NSFW)
How about we stop talking about NSFW nomenclature and get back to talking about the girl in this video?
