/content but is that oop flop cap standard?

[/ QUOTE ]

Clearly boz must have misread his pattern mapper.

EDIT: As more content I like donking that flop for various reasons.

I'm actually thinking that had would be kinda worth discussing, if you wanna send me PM or AIM boz. Or turn it into a blind D post.

I don't think I cap that heads-up OOP.

In fact, that hand, I'm pretty sure I c/c it down. In fact, I don't think there is a better way to play it. Your flop raising might have an edge, but it can't be that big.

Especially if you can't hit one of about 18 outs - TWICE!.

[ QUOTE ]
I just pissed away 60bb in under an hour 4 tabling 0.5/1. Way to go me. Couldn't win a pot even if I flopped the nuts. River would always give someone a better hand.

[/ QUOTE ]

I was down like 60BB at .5/1 last night and pulled out of it. So just do what I did.

First, step A. Get owned a lot.

PokerStars 0.50/1.00 Hold'em (4 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Preflop: Hero is SB with K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
UTG raises, 1 fold, Hero 3-bets, 1 fold, UTG caps, Hero calls.

Flop: (9 SB) J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks, UTG bets, Hero calls.

Turn: (5.50 BB) K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks, UTG bets, Hero raises, UTG 3-bets, Hero caps, UTG calls.

River: (13.50 BB) T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets, UTG raises, Hero calls.

Final Pot: 17.50 BB

Results in white below:
Hero has Kc Kd (three of a kind, kings).
UTG has Ah Qs (straight, ace high).
Outcome: UTG wins 17.50 BB.

Step B. Continue to get owned, but narrow it down to just by bennyhana.

PokerStars 0.50/1.00 Hold'em (4 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Preflop: Hero is SB with 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
UTG calls, benny raises, Hero 3-bets, 1 fold, UTG calls, benny calls.

Flop: (10 SB) 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 players)
Hero bets, UTG folds, benny calls.

Turn: (6 BB) 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets, benny raises, Hero folds.

Final Pot: 9 BB

Step C. Proceed to play like crap, yet find a way to make money somehow.

PokerStars 0.50/1.00 Hold'em (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
UTG calls, MP calls, 1 fold, Button calls, SB completes, Hero checks.

Flop: (5 SB) 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (5 players)
SB checks, Hero checks, UTG checks, MP bets, Button folds, SB folds, Hero raises, UTG folds, MP calls.

Turn: (4.50 BB) A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks, MP checks.

River: (4.50 BB) T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks, MP checks.

Final Pot: 4.50 BB

Results in white below:
Hero has 5s Jh (one pair, fives).
MP has Js 2h (one pair, twos).
Outcome: Hero wins 4.50 BB.

Then, get a graph that looks like this:

DAMN you AussieB I had a great response for that NL guy cause he told Kit that if he didn't see the strategy in his dumb whine post that he should stay in limit. As if limit is below him. But you locked the thread as it deserved. I just had to vent cause I can not stand the NL>Limit people, esspescially when they don't even understand the basics.
