Seriously my g/f, g-ma & g-pa and my good buddy. I'm iffy on my Aunt & uncle cause they are moving to Australia and are having some $$ issues, plus they have 2 young kids. My mom is broke, my Dad is always broke and is greedy. My best friend would have been a lock 2 years ago, but his g/f and soon to be wife has turned him into a money grubbing materialstic douche. He would take 10 mil in a nanosecond. Not worth the 10K to risk on any of them. So I voted 4.

In addition to some of my family, I would pick rich people(Gates, Buffet) who I would be 99% sure they wouldn't care about 10 million.

immediate family (5), sister in law (1), all of my uncles (4), aunts (4) and cousins old enough to understand the question (5), grandparents (3), girlfriend (1), and my closest friends (10) = about 33, and i think i'm being pretty conservative.

If my wife doesn't take the $10 million, then I'd kill her.

Well I have hardly spoken to my mom for the last year. We had a huge falling out in 05. My parents were divorced when I was 2 and I have pretty limited contact with my Dad. I see him twice a year at best. But yeah it is crappy, i'm not sure if it's true, but not worth 10K risking my life. In my mind it's not a 100% lock, but I could just be paranoid.

I picked 25+ because I drive a car frequently and I'm trusting hundreds of people everyday not to kill me.
