FFK is on the money, sounds like you don't like this girl much and so you are finding reasons and things you see in her that reflect those feelings.

good guy advice: stop seeing her and move on
slumpbuster advice: make a plan in your own head that you are going to bang her for a week or two and then stop seeing her. When she does [censored] that annoys you, remember the plan. Stick to the plan.

If you find some good qualities in her, give it more time before you end it, just to see if it's the relationship that scares you or she really is not your type.

As for bringing up the subject of shaving, the best way I've come across in my travels is to tell her that you can please her much more if she trims/shaves. You damn well better shave/trim also and be amazing at oral. Good luck.
