raise more? Anywhere?! Were you calling and gonna raise the river? I don't like that either. Raise turn?

9 paired on the turn. he cred the flop.

So on a 589 flop with 2 spades against an unknown you are scared of a 9 enough to not raise the turn?

ent, i would say that betting is +ev vs most tho not me as i would fold ace high a lot here. most wont.

check calling is so pathetically bad tho. everyone value bets there pairs and checks their aces here. that makes up a huge lot of everyones hands too.

rare maniacs may have trash enough that checking to induce is right. this is so rare tho.

Think you need to take a break or not play 4 handed.

I don't think an FU in necessary there it just seems like you're playing scared. This is a forum to discuss poker strategy not make personal remarks and I was doing the 1st, not the 2nd.

you've made a ton of posts basically questioning your play in the past month. A lot of "everyone says do this here but that's not working" posts. Then you make a post saying "I don't raise because I'm not good enough to fold" I've been in your spot before, know exactly how you feel. I bet a lot of people that read this forum have. I took a break for about 2 weeks and came back and played a lot lower. Now I play a lot better. I raise here and am not scared of being 3bet. The statement wasn't meant to be taken personally. A simple "I see what you mean, but I've been playing well lately" is good enough sir.
