Not that you would have called as you can't even beat 2-x on the river, but his check is still funny.

Two resons why i didnt bet:

1. I was struggling to put him on a 8. He checked two street on a really wet board and then bets pot when a couple of draws actually complete....

2. A re raise would have seriously sucked.

BTW could you be so kind as to make a new thread explaining the "dont bluff me" hand you posted earlier. I think i could learn a lot from it because it looks like major spew from here, lol.

We had some history.

I put him on pretty much what he had (A-x).

I thought if he had a hand he wanted to show down there he would have check-called river, and if he had a GREAT hand he would have check-raised.

I was playing a 1.10 MTT last night and was down to about 21 people. I was in 20th because I had been running around mingling with people and drinking letting myself blind away, because there was a party at my house and [censored]. So I'm a little drunk and this girl shows up that im dating, and I tell here i'm deep in this MTT and of course she goes, "Let me play for you!" Me being pussy whipped, I of course say, "OK". So anyways she does everything I tell her for a while and I manage to double up to about 50k.

Fast forward to me getting knocked out. A couple people limp and I wake up with an Ace in SB. Being the short stack I tell here to shove all in, she moves the mouse around a little acting like she doesnt know how, then Min-raises. I was like NOOOOOOOOO, as my all in would have been 1/3 of big stacks chips and if he called, it would have been horrible. Anywho, of course he flops 2nd pair and puts me on probly somthing like 1010, then spikes 2 pair on the river. Standard!!
