Re: NL200 - Overs + OESD in Blind Battle IP
I think its safe to assume that we will get AT LEAST another 1/2 pot bet out of villain on the river. so 62+40+40+70(1/2 pot bet) = 212
odds =212/40 =5.3:1 = CALL |

[ QUOTE ]
since the villain likely has a big hand then i think calling might be profitable... but is it obvious when we hit our hands and push? I also like to think that a 6 could be a good bluffing card but this goes against the idea of getting paid off if we do hit. meh...i don't know. [/ QUOTE ] I don't know that any card is a good bluffing card against a guy like this against a range that he's repping. For that reason, I call and definitely look to stack him when we hit our draw. I'm folding to any bet over 1/2 pot if a Q or J comes. |

Re: NL200 - Overs + OESD in Blind Battle IP
Thac, you shouldnt even put 1/2 pot in if a Q or J comes. Saying that you will call 1/2 pot if you hit your J goes against the logic for calling the turn.

Yeah, I just don't expect him to bet less than half pot.. I dunno, I probably wouldn't call it anyways but I'd consider it.
