Holy Crap, a poker network rep here now?

Can you tell me why it has taken Pokerroom 13 days and counting to unblock my account after I sent them the documentation they requested? Can you also tell me what else I can do after 4 phone calls and 8 emails?

By PSO, i'm assuming you mean PokerShootout, if i'm wrong then i'm way off in left field and none of what i'm about to write will apply.

[/ QUOTE ]

typically enough, your're way off in left field, PSO=PokerSourceOnline

[ QUOTE ]
If you e-mailed PokerRoom directly they will not be able to help you with this problem.

[/ QUOTE ]

i have noticed....in fact, id say they are fairly incompetent

[ QUOTE ]
We answer our support live chat and phone calls almost immediately and staff is fairly knowledgeable about our system.

[/ QUOTE ]

do you have a link to where i can find live chat on the Poker Room homepage? i have searched and can find nothing.
also, a phone number that i can call from Ireland would be an advantage to have on the page

[ QUOTE ]
We do have delays in returning e-mails due to increase in spam. Currently only about 10% of our e-mails are valid so it makes it difficult as our staff must go through each one to make sure they don't miss a mail from a customer.

[/ QUOTE ]

does this also explain the conflicting replies that i do receive when they eventually get around to it, 4 days later.
im hoping that they get my fairly strong worded email telling them to close my account and that i will NEVER sign up there after this debacle

all in all, i appreciate you taking the time to come on here and attempt to address the issues but unfortunately it does not help me in any way at all as regards my current problem and i will not sign up there again after my experiences there for the last few weeks

Thank you for taking the time to address some of the issues experienced when dealing with PokerRoom support. Perhaps you could address yet another one.

Why does it take 4+ days to track a misplaced deposit to a valid PokerRoom account? One would think that the site would welcome real money play, but I can't even get the money on the site. I have the 'completed transfer' email from Neteller, provided PokerRoom support with the NT tracking number, and even supplied my NT account number....all to no avail. I would certainly like to know where my money is.

Any advice or support would be greatly appreciated.

Apel

PSO = PokerSourceOnline would explain why my answers are not relative to this post. myPokerNetwork operates through the OnGame Network however I cannot speak or answer for PokerRoom regarding the questions you have. If I could I would.

Pokerroom made this same request of me (fax my ID to some international number) after I tried to connect from the UK (I normally play in the US). Their support people claimed some nonsense about violating policy by playing in other than the country I registred from, though I'm sure it was fraud prevention.

Any way, after a week or two of email exchanges I decided if they were going to keep locking my account every time I connected when I traveled their site wasn't much use to me, and since I only had a small amount of $ left in it, it wasn't even worth the hassle of getting it out, so I just abandoned my account.

BTW, the only reason I signed up was at the time they were the only site with a decent java client that ran on my Mac.
