What??? Isn't your UB account in U.S. dollars? You're not saying that they sent you a check in Canadian dollars while your request amount was in US dollars was it?

imaginary example: you request 10,000US, they send you 10,000CDN cheque and deduct 10,000US from your UB account

That is not similar to what happened is it? If that is what happened, you just got ROYALLY RIPPED OFF on the exchange rate! What happened exactly?

The cashout was rejected by ePassporte on April 10. I called to find out why and ePass said that since my initial load has yet to hit my ePass account, my account is not technically "active" yet. Once it's active, the transactions will go through.

So, as far as I can tell UB was fine when it came to cashing out. I just need to wait until my initial funds get to ePass.
