Maybe it's their way of making themselves feel more important than they should, I don't know. Really good floors seem to be getting harder and harder to find. Of course, in some places I hear the floors aren't paid that much(which I was kind of suprised at how low they are paid). (At mucks they're not and they can't accept tips. One explained to me how the pay scale works and how they came up with it. It really did kinda screw em. Something about they averaged out similar pay for floors in other rooms in the area, but those amounts included w/o tips. Just brilliant. The upper mgt there really have thier heads well situated into their colons.) So in that regard, sometimes you get what you pay for. But we still have some good floors. But we have a few idiots too. b |
