Baseball Stars for NES
To make it brief, I have not owned a gaming system since the original Nintendo, however Baseball Stars was my favorite game of all time. With today's technology, I would assume that there is some way to play this game in its original state on a computer, but I do not know how to go about doing this. I will Stars transfer $25 to anyone's account that is able to tell me how to do this.
Thanks in advance. |

Here ps sn is littlekeed Does this game have saving? If so it would be better to get an emulator and the rom. Here is an emulator: http://www.emulator-zone.com/doc.php/nes/nesten.html And here are roms (its listed in here somewhere): http://www.theoldcomputer.com/Libarary's/Emulation/NES/ROMs/NES_roms_summary%200-L.htm |

Re: Baseball Stars for NES
Baseball Stars NES is the best baseball game by FAR, on any system.
Back in 1989 (yes i'm old, in my 30's) I won a Baseball Stars tournament in school with dozens of people in it. I crushed through everybody. I still remember the final game, I beat the guy by like 7 runs, he was the only one who gave me a slight challenge. The Ninja BlackSox are my team, I own with them. I lived for Baseball games back in the day, tried out as many as I could for most systems. I even bought a NEO GEO Gold system for $300, just for Baseball Stars II for $200 (just for the game. While a solid game with obviously superior graphics, it didn't hold the magic of the original. I still play Baseball Stars on the NES, not a computer or emulator and it has held up tremendously well over the years. Runner up: World Series Baseball on the Saturn. |

Re: Baseball Stars for NES
Baseball Stars... man even my dad got hooked. He would recreate teams from the past, chart statistics, and play for hours.
And I think this was one of those games that made you scream when you loaded it up and found that the memory had wiped. |

Baseball Stars was extremely awesome, but I preferred Baseball Simulator 1.000. I wish someone would remake that game!

Re: Baseball Stars for NES
Didn't they make a Super Baseball Sim for SNES too? I know you were looking for something more recent, but thought I'd throw that out there.
