[/ QUOTE ] I just watched this awesome documentary on beer. beer was even what the founding fathers etc, drank exclusively rather than water because the water was full of crap. There were 3 sometimes 4 "degrees" of beer, the one that was drank everyday, was like you said, pretty much alchohol free, maybe 1% or lower for everday use/children, than there was normal beer to be drank by grown ups on a regular basis, and extra strong brew for celebrations. I drink a lot of water, but I also sweat a lot. it curbs my appetite, etc. |
