for some reason when I jumped to 2/4, my stats went from like 26/18 to like 30/20... I can't figure out why. Also, I am not happy with a WtSD of ~35, I can't seem to find the balance of folding too much, and being a showdown monkey. [/ QUOTE ] that happened to me from 5/T to 10/20 my WTS also went up from 37 to almost 40 |

-pushing small egdes when they aren't. They become ledges.
-bluffing the wrong opponents. -bluffing the wrong opponents. -ATSB not nearly close to being correct. It's (guessing) probably only 20%. |

If I can say what I observe to be a big leak in many 'TAG' type players is bloating the pot on the flop/turn without a plan/well-thought out reason for doing so. Are you making a straight equity play, or are you trying to set up semi-bluffing fold equity?

LOL, I was just thinking about that Ed Miller post a while back when ppl were bickering about a preflop decision....
One thing I think I could do to improve is spend a lot more time pokerstoving villians hands ranges on various flop textures. I think this could enlighten me about bad flop peels and profitable bluffing opportunities |

there is some old post about leaks, wish I had a link to it
the concept was that leaks take many forms the easiest ones to see are "oh [censored] I missed a bet", but just as important are "villain would have bet if I checked and called a raise" or "villain would have bet if I checked but folded to a bet" and so on it's a lot harder to identify those ones. |

I'll take the "Not betting scary rivers" and generally just not betting rivers enough.
I'll also take the "Can't find the balance between a 'nice' wtsd and being a showdown monkey". When I started 6max my wtsd was around 33, I felt this was probably too low, so I started showing down more and now I can't get under 40... I think I probably peel to many flops just to fold the turn UI. Its very common for me to attempt a steal, c-bet flop, call a c/r, then fold the turn UI. I think I should be folding to the c/r or showing down more of these hands. Like A-high. Make too many stupid turn "semi-bluff-check-raise-free-show-down-value-bluffs" to try and push people off hands. In position and out. I have to keep telling myself, for it to be a semi-bluff, there has to be some chance he will fold a better hand. |

trying to fix your WTSD by only looking at river folds is something you could consider a "leak". I'm not necessarily talking to you in particular but i feel like a lot of times 2p2ers make good river folds but are too tight in blind battles and fold a lot of flops too easily. [/ QUOTE ] this is a really good point. |

32.29 wtsd. Im fixing it by calling down with A high more even though it never seems to be good. [/ QUOTE ] sometimes showing down more doesn't come from calling with A high.. it means bluffing a little more and playing more aggressive and making a smaller pair or something. does that make sense to you.. i believe it's right |

definitely folding too many fit and folding too many flops in blind battles
not cbetting the turn enough making bad flop cbets with umpteen million callers and OOP tilt monkeying when the 5th set in a row gets outdrawn on the river Calling down with QQ and JJ too much on an A or K high board running very bad for very long, 34.5 WtSD 51 W$SD |
