I'm the donk for not going out that hand, right? Great statement. Looks like your brain is working properly.

I ended up winning the tourney, rightfully so after a 3 outer on the river for the victory.

[/ QUOTE ]

Your a donk for many reasons.

One... Count outs.
Two... Raise PF with AQh and you dont let T8h in there.
Three... If he called 100 on the flop, he either has a set, or a flush... In which case he has a live straight flush draw ( because only a Kxh cant make one... and he'll probally raise with 2nd nuts ).. /Check Turn?
Four... Your still posting and you still dont see how terribly you played that hand. Infact, I can honestly say Ive never seen a hand played so badly before. Donk Award?

A-Everyone plays different ways of poker.
B-How am I EVER supposed to know what he has when he never puts a raise in on the flop(flopping a flush, one may do that...hence my turn check to induce a check/raise, get it??)
C-You are the biggest idiot for not seeing other ways to play poker other than your own.
I am done with your inferior self. Stop wasting my time.

Wow... this is... mindBOTTLING.

There's only 2 ways to play poker. Way's to win money, and way's to lose money. Your way, is a losing way.

If you show action of the flop, and he flat calls, either he's got something ( flush/set ) or nothing. If he has a flush/set, hes going to want a free card. He clearly doesnt have A high flush, as you hold it, and if he had K High, he would have raised on the flop. The Q in your hand, and the J on the turn, would mean the BEST he can have ( and he did ) was Ten high flush. Which means, he cant beat a Q high, a K high, or a A high. He wont bet here. Additionally, If he has a set ( 33, 44, 77, JJ ) hes not going to bet into the FOUR hearts on the board.

Let's take that advice, and then parlay it. Assume he didnt hit a Straight flush, say he has T2h, if you bet on the turn, he's going to call. Then your pot sized bet on the river, is a bit larger, and he'll probally call that to.

He clearly cant bet into you. If you make that 250 bet on the turn, and then pot again ( 700ish? ) on the river, he's going to call you. So instead of making 500, you make 1900. Which is a big jump. You want max value when you flop the nuts. If he calls you on the flop, you keep going. He has to have something.

Please, sit down, and think about it. Im not even being mean anymore... Im seriously sitting here trying to help you. Where I play, the blinds are 4x bigger then your win for first place in that SNG.

I know what I am doing, thanks. I don't need your "help", I do just fine playing cards as is. You care about this waaaaaaay more than you should. I was posting due to the fact I have never seen this happen anywhere, let alone to me, and see what would happen. And for your own infomation, I flopped the SECOND nuts. But I am sure you knew that already though because you play higher than me. 4 times higher to be exact I think.
