SH Razz, when should I bet the river?

bet both hands. He will call you with the 9 everytime in the first hand, and he misses more then he hits. If he raises you, then you can just give him credit and fold, and save yourself the extra bet. No one will try and bluff you out in that spot. 2nd hand is easy cause he has a bad draw in comparison with you.
