I'm right-handed and have always jacked off lefty. Is that extremely unusual?

[/ QUOTE ]

I'd heard that it is fairly common in the Internet Age.

[/ QUOTE ]

Hmm, good point. I've been wacking it since ca. 1993 though.

Work on doing these things well with both hands. My dad was a lefty and im naturally right handed so I ended up doing a lot of things lefty and righty.

I broke some fingers in high school and the first thing I did was train my other hand to stroke up and down. How was I going to go <strike>a couple weeks</strike> 45 minutes without doing it. (Need strikethrough!)

Easy things with other hand:
Waving
Mousing
Typing
Doors, etc.
Feeling Boobies

Hard things with other hand:
Throwing
Catching
Wiping ass
Writing
Cutting
Handtools

Don't even try with other hand:
Surgery

[/ QUOTE ]

Cutting & other handtoools seems like it would be very difficult and dangerous.

I had never even thought of ass wiping but that sounds like bad news...

I don't think catching would be all that difficult. Think about something like baseball where you intentionally catch with your non-dominant hand. I have no problem catching a baseball with my gloved left-hand then catching something like a tennis ball or frisbee with my left hand.

I've played ultimate Frisbee for a number of years, and I have always been very surprised at the large number of people who are unwilling or unable to catch with their off hand.

Hand tools goes either way for me, although I'm fairly ambidextrous as is, e.g., I write with my left hand, throw dominantly w/ my right hand but acceptably w/ the left, etc. I'll only use a hammer with my right hand, but I'll use a hand saw with either, often changing it up midstream if one arm gets tired. I change up shoveling and pick axing and some other things, too.

People shave with only one hand? I use my left for the left side of my face and the right for the right side. Is this unusual?

Wookie, I have found I get a much better shave when shaving with both hands. It was definitely scary at first but now its no big deal. I think it has something to do with the way the pressure is applied to the hairs or something

With off hand:
Cant:
throw, write, eat, or anything that involves precision.

I do throw a frisbee lefty though.

and wtf at those who cant catch with off hand?

I'm just the opposite.

I think this comes from holding the sears catalog with my dominate hand when I was young.

Shaving

anything involving a mirror, actually. That extra element of 'reversal' totally confounds what little abilities my left hand has.

[/ QUOTE ]

Try it with a straight razor. It gets easier over time though.

this is just asking for trouble for most people.

I like both my ears, thank you very much...

I think I shave with both hands (with a safety razor) but I honestly can't remember. Is that weird?
