$5000 Daily Limit.
i have received a lot of questions about my epassporte experiences.
i have a $5k withdrawal limit at ATMs or using the visa. i got my limits increased by faxing them information. i have 2 personal epassporte visa and one business visa all with the same limits. you are allowed 3 personal accounts and multiple business accounts. there is no fee to withdraw money from your visa (or from any poker site to epassporte). when i first got the visas over 3 years ago many places wouldn't accept them. now it is unusual to come across a merchant who won't accept them. the phone service is awful, and the information they tell you is often incorrect. i now always ask for a supervisor. |

[ QUOTE ] I just received my Epassporte card in the mail today and activated it. When I go to the ATM to withdrawal, which option do I choose to withdrawal from (ex: checking acct, savings acct, etc)? I'm just not sure what Epassporte is considered. Thanks. [/ QUOTE ] Checking. [/ QUOTE ] I selected credit and it was fine....don't know that it matters |

Does anyone have the phone number for the corporate office in California? It's obvious that customer service is unable to actually do anything.

Re: The official EPASSPORTE thread. (#2 of 2.)
I remember reading that people could withdrawal up to $600 at an ATM in 24 hours using the physical Visa. I believe my limit is only $320. Any idea why this is? What am I missing? Thanks.

Re: The official EPASSPORTE thread. (#2 of 2.)
Okay here is my problem:
I verfied my checking account fine but my debit card is being blocked by my bank (yes I called them) so there is no way to get another funding source (my Chase Mastercard doesn't work either). So, does anyone know if you can get a prepaid visa and use that as a funding source for epass? I just want to be able to up my limits and I cannot do that without verifying 2 deposit options. |
