PS take them to Chuck E Cheese, they serve wine and beer at chuck e cheese, plus even though its changed a lot since I was a kid, it still is cool

OMG Chuck E Cheese is the best first date place ever. It has everything you could possibly want to make a first date successful - pizza, booze, and ski ball. And when you suggest it and the kids love it, everyone wins!

edit: A date at Chuck E Cheese ended with me getting head for the first time, so I have extremely fond memories of it. I also won a cool keychain with my ski-ball tickets, so it was an A++ kind of night.

JB,

Wait a sec, this just hit me: "I have to watch the girl I mentor that night."

You called her up last night (Tuesday) to reschedule a date you had set for Thursday and she said she's watching her Little Sister that night? WTF?

Lol at the suggestion to drop the kids off somewhere and have a few drinks. That is pretty much the only way that you could mess this up.

I also thought that was strange, and wondered when she planned on telling me. You're interpretation? FWIW, she said that she had found out that info after we scheduled our date.

yeah, seemed weird at first, but i assumed that you normally watch kids earlier than you go on dates, so they would just move the date up a little to a time when both would normally be with the young'ins...
