i hate it. raise or reraising preflop and then check raising looks fishy as hell and gets looked up by top pair or better lots.

Some of them, but when you bet out they either raise your flop bet or just call and leave you playing a turn where they can escape with ease when it hits and put you in a not so good situation when it misses
