I'm pretty sure that if you had just eaten the cops at the start of all of this, they would have been looking for a rather large sasquatch like hairy being. Not taking advantage of that obvious lifeline, your best bet was to eat the magistrate and confuse the cops arresting you.

i am having a hard time figuring out how you are expecting to get out of this, they have like 3 or 4 cops who will testify that you were intoxicated and belligerent

I was not belligerent or non-complacent with what they were saying. If not talking, and refusing to take the two tests that could prove I was drunk is acting intoxicated and belligerent so I'll be damned.

I really doubt they will bring those 3 or 4 cops to court to testify either way. The arresting officer will be there, but I highly doubt they make the other three come along to testify for a DIP.

I'm going to try to talk with the DA before it goes before the judge anyway, I shall see.

People who don't understand that at no point what kipin did was a big deal, or that there's no reason for him to get in trouble for it suck. Was it a smart thing to do? prob not, but who cares? He handled it pretty well IMO, and anyone who wouldn't try and get out of it by refusing breathalyzers and sobriety tests is an idiot.
