raise more preflop, check the flop. if you check the flop you get to do two things that are key here; get the villain to bluff into you on the turn, and keep the pot small when you want to get to showdown.
i'd fold to the c/r on the flop if i was unsure of whether i'd call a turn bet, b/c when you call this c/r you're going to be looking at calling a big bet on the turn almost always. |
