I have to guess since I don't have my old db ... but something like:
NL10 - 30k hands NL25 - 40k hands NL50 - 100k hands NL100 - 110k hands NL200 - 80k hands Probably more though, but at least that much.

do alot of people who are decent winners at NL200 or w/e cashout too much so they have to stay at the level for 100's of thousands of hands. i'm not in a great hurry but i don't really want to play more than 100k hands at NL200 if i can help it.
i cash out about half of my profits each month so my bankroll will carry on growing. it's at about 11k atm so still a long way to go before i get to the magic 20k mark when i will move up

25nl- didnt have PT but i would guess 10k
50nl- 20k tops, maybe less. 100nl- 30k or so 200nl (huge beat)- maybe 200k? 400nl- probably 10k hands and down alot. 1000nl-120 hands, down a buyin chasing a fish :P
