Why AQ and not AJ? I mean everyone keeps saying they push/call AQ but not AJ. Why do you draw the line there?

I realize it's late in tourney, so people like me have already been knocked out, but cold-caller in first hand may have made a common mistake. Many poor players, if willing to play for all their opponent's chips, just hit "call," regardless of cards/position/stacks/etc...

I think a lot of this comes from the idea that collectively checking down to thin herd is always the goal, even when bubble is way into future.
