Ditch,

Yes and yes, but I'm not posting that publicly or for that matter, giving it out privately.

Indy,

"Are you sure?"

Yes, I'm fairly certain.

Sorry it did not work out for you this time.

I just don't see the need for staking, ever. A decent player can put $100 into an account and if they are good can quickly work thier way up from the $3.40's to whatever stake they normally play. If they are good and have gone busto, do you really want to send them a lot of money?

It is a bit hard for me to believe this type of staking arrangement will prfitable enough to justify the headache/frustation.

Thanks for the post and warning as I know a lot of people consider staking.

Your post makes the very poor assumption that poker happens in a vacuum. The expenses of life have as much to do with poker players going broke as anything else.

Burno,

"Never too late to make it right."

It's never too late to send the money back, but as far as I'm concerned, there isn't really anything he can do to make attempting to hide from me while he plays high stakes HU SNGs right.

wiggs,

yah i just checked my emails. i have his personal info. I wrote him this email:

"Dude please tell me u didnt screw over wiggs....you need to go out to 2+2 apologize and make it right....hell, pay him back 100 bucks a month if you have to...but don't be a douche. Life is too short for that and you are a very nice guy.

Indy"

If he doesn't make it right very shortly or at least write me back then I will out him and give you his personal info.

And yes wiggs, that sucks soooo bad.
I offered sng-sam to stake him, if he`s interested, but he never came back to me. Your offer would have been 100 times better anyway.

I think a big reason poker player get and got scammed ist, because we dont see the big value in money. What i mean is, we play with it every day. Its like a toy. So we sent somebody 200$. For most of us 200$ is not that big of a deal. We are not that suspicious, if somebody asks us for that kinda money. If a stranger from the next block would ask us in real life if he could have xxx$, i think we would react different.

thx anyway for posting and gl.

Absolutely, Hercules. Some of us need a slap back in to reality.
