Shun the non-believers! Shuuuuuuuun! What you people fail to realize is that Jamie Gold is a whole new poker champ for a whole new generation of players. We have all seen such legendary greats as Seņor Doyle Brunson, Phil Hellmuth and Daniel Negreanu play over ten hands each on various poker televisions shows. Which means we can study their habits and the way they play their hands, and utilize our knowledge of their ranges to inflict maximum carnage on their chip stacks. Meanwhile we have only seen His Holiness Jamie Gold play approximatly 4 hands and not one of them has made any sense to an experienced player. He didnīt mean to win the Main Event! He only wanted to confuse us puny mortals enough to play him in cash games so he could make billions and billions of us. Seeing this thread... Mission accomplished Mr. Gold, WP.

Personal animosity aside as to Mr Gold's lack of etiquette at the last WSOP, I thought he just outplayed everyone and had the balls to bluff at the right time and then get called down by worse when he was in front.

The EGO of players like Prahlad and Friberg lead them to misplay hands and as such they played right into Jamie's hands.

Whilst most of us did not like the luckbox he was last year I cannot understand how people say he cannot play.

i love how jamie would say "I trapped em, I trapped em". When it was like KK vs JJ.

At one point he went up to chan and said "just a matter of time until i trap them all" lol

I hope he had fun, because hes gonna get molested for the rest of his poker career.
