fully agree. if you keep forcing yourself to play and only focusing on getting lost money back instead of playing your A game then it'll only lead to more inconsistent playing. take a few days off man.

Thank you all for your advice. I'm going to have a brake from poker a couple of days and that means not only just stop playing, but also no 2+2 and cardrunners.

OP, I'd take a little break, then come back, review your PT HH's and give it another go.. all the advice in this thread is good.. it's cliche, but it is really just one long session and 15K hands in the scheme of things isn't a big deal.. gl.. also if you know anyone who can review your HH's for you, they can probably spot some things looking objectively that you might not be able to detect.

but 15k, no matter how many single session u played, isnt much if i am running bad and chase losses i play 15k hand in 2 or 3 days. also 8k is a 20 buyin downswing. thats bad, but u should learn to handle these swings. also u won 15k in a week and now u lost 8 in a week, so ur still up 7k in 2 weeks... not too bad.
