yEAh, no [censored]. can't believe all the PUSHERS!!!: i KNOW everyone loves to feel SOOOO hard to play against and merging ranges is the new bet 3 bet!!! ~or whatever, but honestly;;;; a push here is just praying that durrrr makes a famous durrrr call!!!, but that's not gonna happen anywhere near often enough for this shove to be +EV.

and yeah, i realize you also DO NOT wanna get bluffed off it on the river but shoving on this board just because you're afraid of getting outplayed is CRAAAAAZY.

since durrr was a loser at this game,i think u won the hand right.

a lot of good players here are/have been getting tired of reading useless [censored] like this. as a result, many great players who came up on 2+2 aren't posting here anymore.

keep ruining people's threads and i guarantee several more great players will just stop posting on these forums, content with discussing hands with their friends IRL and on AIM. and that's not something you want, considering how valuable their input is post-UIGEA.

it was a question and assumption from my part. i have no idea how the hand turned out. obv someone else from another thread might have revealed the outcome. it was obv a thoughtless post from my part and i had no idea it could jeopardize the future of this forum. i will refrain from making such a useless post.
i sincerely apologize for the 15 useless words i typed, and i hope that the great players would ignore my lapse in judgement and continue to analyze hands here at the great 2+2 forum. and lastly, i apologize for the lack of ? at the end of my previous sentence.

I prefer c/c > c/f > shove, although I don't think there's a huge difference between these.

I hate check folding, I feel like Durrr in this cap game will likely jam the flop most of the time with big hands. How he plays a draw on this flop is anyone's guess and I think. A lot of it depends on how he views you and mark. I could see him overcalling the flop with something like KcTx though also.

River play is interesting because I think if you check durrrr will sometimes bluff and sometimes valuebet the worse hand a decent amount. From what I've seen of tom lately though a bluff doesnt seem that likely, especially when an obvious draw misses but with tom that is probably not that relevant a factor. Id rather put it in and hope he calls thin, rather than let him go broke with Ax hands he might value bet (I could see him betting AQ here, for example, if checked to, which makes this a pretty close decision).

Maybe Im on the wrong planet but I am not C/F here ever.

Problem with c/f is that you're ahead so ridiculously often. Problem with push is what FWF said.

I like c/c.
