Can't sleep at all!
In most live tournaments (at Commerce/Bike), the game plays till 6am and the FT resumes in the evening. If I reach the FT or last two tables when the game stops, I normally take the day off and try to get some rest, but always end up no sleep at all because of the phone calls from work. Instead of trying to sleep, I'd go to the gym and then watch WPT DVDs. |

Sometimes I write a blog entry, by the time I finish recapping the night I've usually spent enough time thinking about it so I calm down a bit. Definitely grabbing a beer helps too. But I don't really get that wired anymore over most final tables.
