What do you do in this situation when you're getting the [censored] beat out of you by a 5th grader? I mean, you can't fight back in self defense, right? Because the second you strike a 10-year old you're in jail. So you have to just sit there and curl up in a fetal ball and take it.

u sure about the instajail thing?? i know it's embarassing to tussle with a kid, but self-defense can't save u here?? especially in a situation like this??
