I really dont get it, your format, deposit, withdraw, adinf... there's no point.... just leave $1k online, grind 50nl, 100 if u feel fruity, and cashout any winnings at the end of the month.. or leave ur br to grow and actually move up stakes.

otherwise you'll just be doing this for life... all your doing is feeding your degen belly. Maybe you're not loosing much money but ultimately wouldnt you like to win lots? you could actually be making some money if you didnt bother with spinup attempts and just grind it.

I've been pretty disciplined actually this past seven weeks. The twin effect of starting my blog and using PokerTracker has made me pay more attention to what I'm doing. I still flick around limits too much - $0.25/$0.50 to $1/$2. I did spew off a buyin at $2/$4 one time. But on the whole I'm playing low.

I find small deposits makes me less likely to tilt. If I have £500 in the bank, and I just deposit £50, if I lose it I can redeposit, but that take a couple minutes. If it's actually in the poker site, I'm more likely to spew it off right away.

I find it VERY hard to stop playing when I have money in my account. I can't sleep. Give me the choice between playing poker and sleeping, and I choose poker every time, irregardless of whether I've got to be at work in a couple hours. I'm there awake at 5am, heart pounding, just unable to even think of sleeping if there's the possibility that I could be playing poker. So there has to be an end point - either all my money lost, or withdrawn and out of use for several days until it hits my bank account and the cycle starts again. I need to get over this, huh, and be able to sleep while I've got money in my account.

If it (withdraw-deposit cycles) works for you then good, keep doing that.

But get PT as well so you can show us a proper graph not some retarded balance statement.

Sure, I will. I have PT but as I said I merged a database of hands I played earlier on another iPoker skin, and then played some hours in an Internet cafe, so a graph wouldn't be accurate.
