He plays lots of limit 100/200. Might be new to NL?

He seems to run sick hot and tough to play against but have seen him do some pretty wierd things, like calling big reraises with J7 and 100 bb stacks.

This is an email i sent partypoker:
These two handhistories from the same table from the same person shows
how a player is misusing Disconnect protect. As anyone can see, he is
disconnecting since he would never dream of calling in that spot - thus
illegally taking my money. Doing it twice leaves nobody in any sort of
doubt that this is intentionally.

This is real money he is robbing from me, and therefore i expect legal
action to be taken against him, since this is clearly a police matter.

Also I expect as a high volume player to have swift and accurate
compensation from the player in question.

Sincerly Clavor

Needless to say they sent me a standard reply telling me how they can never be entirely sure if someone is disconnecting, and basically telling me how they would rather risk the small chance of losing me compared to going through the hassle and the loss of money by freezing the player in questions money

Well deliberate cheat in any game involving money is a police matter, and so I stand behind what I wrote. I do know that party doesnt look at it that way, since they are too afraid of losing a player and just basically very incompetent at most things they do.

Sounding like a douchebag or not, I had to try something different than the usual polite email, since I have never gotten anything other than a standard reply saying they will do nothing (including removing dp)

You are an angry person. You should probably not play on dp-tables.

Yeah, dont get what these guys are thinking, their software worked perfectly good like 6 months ago, now there is all sorts of stupid errors...

[/ QUOTE ]

All of you have been wanting them to overhaul the software to fix the 'ratholing' problem. This is what happens. I hope more regs leave party anyway.
