I think his river bet is borderline terrible. It is nearing a value-bet. If he was really wanting to get you to fold a smaller flush he should be betting 300+ at a minimum (350 would be better). He would have to put the fish on a set and, if you're pretty tight, he still didn't bet enough. This is a perfect bet to get called by a small flush.

He doesn't have to get NT to fold a better hand, his hand may be good often enough to bet for value since it looks like neither player has a flush and NT may have a set. I think the bet is good dependent on fish's play but it's definitely thin.
