Bruce Willis's girlfriend in Pulp Fiction is what I would class as a true nut-job.

Actually, I think Esmeralda the cab driver was a bigger nut-job than the girlfriend. Bruce Willis definitely had some weird women to deal with in that movie.

Haha Are you talking about this girl?

Butch: Will you hand me a towel, tulip?
Fabienne: Ah, I like that. I like tulip. Tulip is much better than mongoloid.

I love this nomination! Now we are getting away from horror and looking at women who are crazy without being murderous. I'm interested in which female characters you classify as "nutjobs" who weren't in horror films (drama or comedy). I can think of a few nutty characters who were borderline. They weren't flat out "crazy" but they were definitely a little off for sure. I will try to find some pics.

Ok, would you classify this woman as "crazy" or just plain mean?

(I found a huge picture of her face but I didn't want to frighten any of you so I refrained)

Not crazy but terrifying. And evil. But she could compartmentalize, and her friends and family might never know the depths of her depravity. I guess when I think crazy, for contests such as this anyway, I think of someone who manifests it outwardly more and is less in control. If you call Burstyn's character in this role crazy, you have to also do so for Nick Cage's character in Lord of War, because he's morally reprehensible. However capable either character is of doing horrible things, they get along quite nicely in the world.

She didn't seem crazy at all to me. Just childish and not too bright.
