That action used to be pretty good but it's totally dry now. [/ QUOTE ] I don't remember there being any good games in the quad. It sounded like the big action was the year after I graduated. Also, we founded the Harvard Poker Society, which I think died when we graduated. We would have long meetings where we would debate hands people had played including high level analysis and lots of EV calcs on the whiteboard. It was great. It also allowed us to meet people to set up some games. Important lesson learned: anyone at the law school is a total fish. Here's a good post from Ashley Adams (writes, or wrote, for Cardplayer and has a well-received book on stud) who played in one of our home games that you might find amusing. As a side note, the high school senior mentioned in the article plays professionally now and was in the Sports Illustrated article about poker. |

Now that I play poker well (this is probably debatable) and realized the incredible action provide by players in the Commerce 20 and 40 games I now have more of an incentive to visit my parents . |

2. I'm probably the youngest freight broker anywhere (23) and I own part of a trucking company. I've been around the business since I could crawl. 3.Dallas, Tx area 4.15-30 sometimes 30-60 and occasionally 100-200, I'm a much better O8B player than a hold'em player 5.My biggest accomplishment in poker is winning or taking second in 12/15 08B SNG's on party and running $500 into $4200 in one 15/30 O8B session. I think if I had never played any hold'em at all I'd have a monster BR....I have a sick sense of humor, and I can bench press 500 pounds in perfect form. Tex |
