nice lifts. diddle may or may not be wrong, it depends on how close you are to competition time. if you arent too close, I lose all teh gear and just use a belt, nothing else. if you are closer its a good idea to "get some practice" with everything, or at least back into the groove of using equipment. The other thing you should devote some time to is proper form, even now that I dont compete much I still devote a little time to improving form if I ever want to go back. My sqaut suit is no good anymore due to a big hole in one of the legs, so had to borrow a DL suit today, used to lift DL in med squat suit. Used around an hour with DL suit number one before I gave up...
Another DL suit 2x1x170 1x182,5 Bench + chains (16) + 5 board 3x80 3x90 3x100 3x110 6 boards 3x115 different weight, 5 more kg in left side than right... 3x125 Pulldowns 3x8x60 |

Deadlift
5x50 5x80 5x95 2x125 1x155 Fully equipped from here. 1x170 1x185 2x0x200 first was around the knees, the second just left the floor, shouldnt have tried it... 1x170 easy bench 5x3x80 Damn dropping to no volume is boring with the 1+ hour transport to and back from the gym. SQUAT: 180 3 - 0 good 195 3 - 0 good 202,5 0 - 3 No good, didnt leave the bottom of the lift BENCH: 1.1: 145 The spotter in one of the sides took the bar on the way down. I was granted a new attempt in the end of the round, but the was only 2 - 3 lifters before it was me again 1.2: 145 no good 2. 145 no good 3: 145 good 2 - 1 very easy lift with good speed, was prety pissed I had [censored] the other benches up like that... DEADLIFT 170 3 - 0 190 3 - 0 202 0 - 3 Did leave the floor, but not much more... TOTAL 530 kg 50 kg PR |
