I know lots of people liked it, which is also why I had high expectations for it, but "The Decent" really sucked and disappointed me greatly

The biggest without a doubt has to be phantom menace tho

Bennifer was huge at the time, but even that couldn't save this abortion of a film.

A few movies that had me excited pre-viewing but disappointed me (although they might or might not be a success and/or have a lot of people like 'em anyway):

- Unbreakable
- Ocean's 12
- American Pie: The Wedding (parts 1 and 2 were hilarious to me)
- The Truman Show (weird, I know, but not 'my thing')

There are probably a lot more, but these are from the top of my head.
