If we don't know anything except that he plays many hands, I'd assume he could do this with overpairs, combodraws, sets, 2p. And we do ok against that range (like a coinflip I guess):

The problem is that we're oop and he'll bet his made hand for value while he might check the weaker hands on the turn thus we lose value. I might find a call in position but oop we can't do this profitably. Folding is not an option it's seeing monsters imo, you raised pf made your standard c-bet and he min-raises it nothing special.
I 3bet this and call a shove.
