I appreciate all of the honest communication RakeReduction, I did not mean to sound as though I was upset with you or your program, just frustrated, as are lots of people, that we don't have access to almost 2 full weeks worth of RB!

Oh I didnt mean that you were blaming me, but you'd be surprised. We actually get alot of angry hate me, that we are scamming people, out to steal their money because we haven't updated their full tilt stats.

To answer your question, your stats will NOT be lose, when they update, they will be 100% correct. Just remember, their new store, anytime you purchase an item, it counts against your rake.

so is the "expectation" that FTP will send you numbers up to the 6th tomorrow and then get caught up by thursday?

Honestly.. I don't expect a full update until the end of this week. Even though they say they are caught up to the 6th, they still won't send a full report until they are ready. I would guess by the end of the week.

so any idea on where things stand right now. seems as though they are about 2 days behind but still unable to get Nov 30. do they expect to get back to a real time dailey reporting and have there been any mention of nov 30?

We expect to start getting Nov 30th stats this coming week. We didn't want to press FT until they at least had all of December stats. Now they will start sending us reports from Nov 30th to December Month To Date. It's a special request, so it takes time, but like the other stats, they will show up for you [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

Just know that stats were lagging behind.
We were told today (11th) we would recieve an up to date report later tonight.
